Robert Edward Franklin (born July 13, 1991) is an American professional baseball pitcher currently playing for the Rochester Lakers of the United States Baseball League (USBL). He stands at 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 224 pounds. He bats and throws right-handed.

Franklin was born in Midland, Texas on July 13, 1991 to Brian and Linda Franklin. He was drafted in the 3rd round, 87th overall in 2012 by the Rochester Lakers.
