Luke Matthew King (born November 24, 1990) is an American professional baseball catcher currently playing for the Ann Arbor Wolves of the United States Baseball League (USBL). He stands at 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds. He bats and throws right-handed.

Life and career

King was born in Houston, Texas on November 24, 1990 to Daniel and Stephanie King. He was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2012 by the Ann Arbor Wolves.

Regarded as one of the worst hitters in USBL history, King set a USBL single-season strikeout record, striking out 223 times in 615 plate appearances (36.26%) in Season 9, his rookie year. He finished that year with a .198 average, zero home runs and 32 RBIs while posting an OPS of .491.
