Jason David Anzivino (born March 28, 1993) is an American professional baseball pitcher currently playing for the Newark Blue Devils of the United States Baseball League (USBL). He stands at 6 feet 0 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He bats and throws right-handed.

Anzivino was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey on March 28, 1993 to Tom and Darlene Anzivino. He was drafted in the 4th round, 110th overall in 2012 by the Newark Blue Devils.
