Colton Mark Mitchell (born April 30, 1992) is an American professional baseball pitcher currently playing for the Worcester Dirt Dogs of the United States Baseball League (USBL). He stands at 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds. He bats and throws left-handed. Colton has a twin brother, Charlie, who plays for the Las Vegas Rockets.

Life and career[]

Mitchell was born in Fairfield, California on April 30, 1992 to Bill and Kathryn Mitchell. He was drafted in the 2nd round, 59th overall in 2012 by the Tallahassee Pirates.

Mitchell had a breakout year in Season 10, a season where he went 23-11 with a 2.32 ERA, a 0.93 WHIP, along with 5 complete games (4 shutouts). Mitchell's 23 wins led the league that season.
