Brian David Mills (born November 23, 1989) is an American professional baseball pitcher currently playing for the Newark Blue Devils of the United States Baseball League (USBL). He stands at 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds. He bats and throws right-handed.

Mills was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 23, 1989 to Dean and Annie Mills. He was drafted in the 2nd round, 60th overall in 2010 by the Newark Blue Devils.
